What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

EFT differs from other psychotherapy techniques as it is based on Eastern medicine and the notion that all negative emotions are caused by a disruption to the bodies energy system, once balance is restored, emotional and physical health return.
EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture, instead of needles, acupuncture points are stimulated by tapping or pressing using light pressure. This balances the bodies energy system eliminating a wide variety of emotional problems, such as trauma, phobias, anxiety, depression, low self esteem etc. As emotional problems fade, both emotional and physical health are restored (often dramatically). check out the eft videos to see EFT in action.
