Please call me for a free telephone consultation with no obligation to take things further. Find out how sessions may work for you and discuss any queries that you may have. One to one appointments are available in Ulverston, Kendal and Barrow in Furness. Please scroll down the page to see Google maps.


Telephone Appointments
EFT works excellently over the telephone, call to discuss how this might work for you. (payment in advance please).


Home Visits
Home visits are available if you are housebound or disabled.


Appointment Prices
Appointments can be either 60 minutes or 90 minutes long, £45 or £65 per session, you choose.


Stop Smoking Clinics
One 90 minute session (£65) is usually all that's needed, but we're all different so if you would like more support, follow up sessions are £45 per hour.


Cancellation Policy
Please note that the full fee will be charged unless 24 hours notice is given to change or cancel an appointment.
